Training a bird for safe and reliable free flight requires expert knowledge, structured progression, and careful risk management. The WildCue Free Flight Mentorship Program provides ongoing one-on-one guidance to help trainers, zoos, and private owners develop strong recall, controlled flight skills, and confidence in outdoor environments. Cancellation Policy
π 1. Booking Policy β 24-Hour Advance Booking Required β All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. β Confirmation Email β If you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours, contact WildCue@outlook.com. β Payment β Full payment is required at the time of booking. π 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling β 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required β Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. β Rescheduling β Sessions can be rescheduled once at no charge with 24+ hours' notice. β No-Show Policy β Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. π 3. Refund Policy β Refunds β Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session receive a full refund minus processing fees. β Technical Issues β If tech issues prevent the session, we will reschedule or offer a refund. π 4. Liability Disclaimer for Free Flight Training β Understanding Free Flight Risks β Free flight training involves fly-offs, predation, injury, or loss. β Client Responsibility β WildCue provides expert guidance but cannot guarantee safety during free flight. β Liability Waiver β By booking, you acknowledge WildCue is not liable for any loss, injury, or death of a bird. β Safety Protocol Agreement β Clients must follow training plans, ensure safe flight conditions, and assess environmental risks before flying their bird.
