This short, affordable session helps assess your bird’s readiness for free flight before committing to a full mentorship program. 📌 Who This Is For: ✅ Owners considering free flight but unsure if their bird is ready ✅ Trainers wanting an expert opinion before advancing training ✅ Zoos & Facilities preparing birds for public free-flight shows 📌 Free Flight Readiness Check – $50 (20-Minute Virtual Session) ✔ Basic Suitability Assessment – Evaluating recall, stationing, and temperament ✔ Intro to Free Flight Training – What skills your bird needs before outdoor flight ✔ Risk Overview – Common challenges and how to mitigate them ✔ Next Steps & Training Recommendations 📌 This session is required before entering the mentorship program. 📌 Free Flight Mentorship Program – $500/month (For those ready to advance) ✔ Ongoing 1-on-1 mentorship (Unlimited chat + 2x video calls per month) ✔ Advanced Training Support – Recall, flight cues, and safety protocols ✔ Custom Flight Plans & Risk Management Strategies ✔ Support for Outdoor Transitions & Flight Progression
Cancellation Policy
1️⃣ Booking Policy ✅ Minimum 24-Hour Advance Booking Required All online consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not available. ✅ Booking Confirmation Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled session details. If you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours, please contact us at WildCue@outlook.com. ✅ Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We accept [list payment methods Wix allows, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.]. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✅ 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. ✅ Rescheduling Policy If you notify us 24+ hours before your scheduled session, you may reschedule once at no extra charge. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be treated as a cancellation and require rebooking. ✅ No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking will not be refunded or rescheduled. 3️⃣ Refund Policy ✅ Refunds for Cancellations (Before 24-Hour Notice Period) If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees (if applicable). ✅ Refunds for Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. ✅ Technical Issues & Refunds If technical difficulties prevent the consultation from taking place (on either end), we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.
